error when I export vob file

Question

Excuse me for not good english.

When I try export file vob in mp4, h264, dv ecc....

I have one of these errors :

- Error I/O (perhaps protected disk) error 36

- Error 9011 error mac os non possible run last task

- error import file vob. vob not supported format

 

other application have not problem to export.

I have mpeg2 component and QT pro

If your VOB is still inside a VIDEO_TS folder then put that folder on your desktop. Use the DVD button in the Toast Media Browser to see the content of your VIDEO_TS in the browser window. Drag titles from the browser window to the Toast Video window. When Toast is finished extracting the MPEG video from the VIDEO_TS you can use convert it to the other formats.

I have done what you say, but I have error.

I read in this forum the problem perhaps is audio pcm.

what do you think ?

is it possible some macs have this problem with toast for pcm audio ?

my vob is pcm audio

is there solution for problem ?

The PCM problem is a Toast 8 bug. Roxio is working on an update to fix it. If you upgraded to Toast 8 from Toast 7 you can use Toast 7 instead for this until the next Toast 8 update is released.
