gi7omy
tbs - that particular fault is quite often down to system RAM - but you haven't said just what your problem actually is./ It's not a good idea to just dive in with a 'me too' post and then talk about other problems. Start a new thread, state your system specs (3 GB and a new video card doesn't exactly tell us a lot) As for the Bad_Pool_Caller - read this thread:
tbs
Hi, I don't know if you have solved your problem yet. I have had multiple problems for months. Installed and reinstalled many times after completely removing sonic&roxio programs. My computer has a new videocard and 3G of memory in my DELL. It's easy to blame my computer or ? but why are so many people having similar problems? Either the EMC9 discs are corrupt, software can easily get corrupted or the design can't cope with minor differences in OS. I'd buy new discs direct from roxio if I knew that would solve my problem. The program has all I would desire in a program but it doesn't seem to work faithfully for any body, why? Maybe so much ability in one package isn't perfected yet and one needs to use several programs to work? I wish roxio would read these expos and return answers to each. Symantec will take over my computer and try to solve my problem right NOW! HELP anybody!!!!!! Tom
