URGENT

For a school group project I've created a movie and menu to go with it. I put it together in MyDVD 9. But when I try to burn it onto a DVD-R, the encoding remains at 0% along with the overall progress. Nothing shows in the preview box.

 

I NEED A ROUGH DRAFT TO COME TO SCHOOL WITH ME TOMORROW, MAY 1, 2007.

 

This is urgent and I would appreciated any help from you guys. I will be trying again and a gain until I get get it if it takes me all night so I i've left out any valuable information one might need to diagnose this problem, please notify me and I will do my best to avoid ignorance and give the info. I'll be here all night (but i wish to go to bed)

Also if I press cancel, the entire program freezes forcing me to open task manager and shut it down.

Try burning to an image file and not direct to disc. If that works, you can then use Disc Copier to burn to disc.

Lower the burn speed to 2-4 That helped me.

As i didn't wuite understand your suggestion i hope you meant that I should click 'BURN' then uncheck the box next to Burn to disc and instead check the box next to 'Save disc image file'. That's what I did with no differing results.

is there some way I might be able to convert this .dmsd file format to something else? I know not how... would this work? I don't even know what i' do with any other file format anyways...

 

Please help! Its late where I am and I'm desperate!

I am going to install Creator 9 on a different computer since this one is being mean to me. I am still desperate.
