Two Pic in ONE Slide

Dennis M

Question

I am in the middle of a 600 slide presentation that I am creating in VideoWave and would like to have some of the slides contain more than one picture - like two pics that "bump up" against each other but cannot seem to discover a way to make that happen - can anyone give me advice on this?

Use Videowave to create slideshow; it has more flexibility.

1) Insert a color panel, then add one photo in one overlay track and another photo in another overlay track. Then adjust positions of the two pictures accordingly.

or

2) Use PhotoSuite to combine two photos into one. And use this modified photo in Videowave.

Look at the different transitions, I think there is a push or slide where one photos pushes the other one out of the way.

I don't usually recommend Slide Show Assistant but take a look at the one on the Home Applications page or the one under the photo tab. They have several transition styles there. For the images where you want a special effect, you could use one of those transitions to get an effect. Output to Video Wave and then output to a mpg file. Use that mpg file in the appropriate place in your Video Wave production.

I did a slide show using the 2 by 2 transition. I used photos of my son and his fiancée. By alternating photos, the left side of the display has images of her while the right side images of him. They slide in and out one at a time to make the 2 by 2 matrix.

HOW DO I CREATE A CUSTOM OVERLAY TRACK?
