I'm running Creator 7.5 (I have v8 but I hate it) and just moved from my old PC to a new, AMD dual-core PC with 2GB of RAM. On the old system, I was able to burn simultaneously to two DVD burners without any problems. On the new system, I'm getting horrible rates. With 16x DVD+R, it burn at anywhere from .3x (yes, point three!) to 6x. With -R's, it rarely gets above 1x.
Is this a dual-core conconflict? IF so, what can I do about it? And if not, what's going on?
