Sonic Digital Media 7 problem (please look)

DesireAsst

Question

The following is a message i sent to support:

"First of all, I couldn't find the direct product name, so let me say that this regards a problem concerning Sonic DigitalMedia V7 (version 7) that I am unable to resolve on my own. I was trying to make a copy of a DVD I own multiple times, as a result of me not using the proper disc medium. Anyways, as a result, I copied "temporarily" a 6.6 gb movie file onto my computer 3 times, problem is that it is not temporary at all, and I have almost 20 gbs of 'lost' hardrive. Now I know these replicas of the film must be on my computer somewhere, but I have not been able to find them. My question, in short, is where do I find these files so I can delete them and reclaim about 20 gbs of memory? I am not certain as to whether or not this response will be sent to my email, so please send a copy, if the reply is not sent to email, to the following address: ************

Thanks for your time, and hopefully your reply will help fix my problem."

Anyone any ideas?

Try doing a disk clean up and remove the temp files. They usually are in your systems temp folder. Or just search for any large files created on the day you did the copying.

p.s. removed your email since this is a public forum open to anyone, including spam trawlers.
