Menu Button Styles

weigh2go

Question

Will someone tell me how to use the button styles in EMC 9 MyDVD?

What in the world are all those styes?

Do I make an unlinked button first?

Do I select a button style first?

Exactly how do I get a "play" button to look like a button?

It seems that after importing a movie to the main menu, then selecting a button style, that some of the styles do nothing and others "clobber" my existing button which so far is text only.

Moved to proper forum. This from directly above where you posted, under Read Me First.

Take a look at Tips and Tricks for the answer on unlinked buttons.

You must first have a button on the menu - either unlinked or linked.

Click Change Button Style

Select COMMAND from the list

Drag any of those listed and drop ON TOP of the existing button.

The idea here is to mix and match buttons from other menu styles. For example you chose the 'Bouquet' menu style, but would rather have the buttons from 'Baby Seals' menu style. Using this method you can even have each button different although that may not look good.

Have no idea what you mean by 'clobber' your exisitng button. The process should change the the existing to the new one. If you are having display problems, then thta could be a video card issue.
