Baby Frank:-) We are more than willing to help but you have to provide us with reasonable information. From this post, you seem to have your drives back in operation. You also indicate that you removed the Dell software but you did not say what program that was nor did you indicate how you were trying to burn the CD. If you removed the Dell program and you have it on a disc from Dell. you should be able to install it from there. Some manufacturers also have a backed up copy on another partition of your hard drive. If you have neither, you should be able to download it from the Dell site. Since I don't have a Dell, I can't get to the same places that you can. You have to log on to your account at Dell. You may have to call Dell to get a CD of the program; they may give you some hassle but be adamant. Once you get a good copy of the program, you should be able to re-install it just like any other program. Lynn Lynn I have one relative that could help, but it's best that he stay home. HA,HA thanks for every thing I did fix some of the problems It's time for me too call DELL.
