Re-installation of Dell Roxio Program

Unfortunately, there is only so much that can be done with brief messages over the internet.

And apparently someone has also tried to help you by phone from Dell, judging by this thread -

Do you have any friends, relatives, neighbors who are computer savvy who you could offer coffee and refreshents to to encourage them to help you out?

How about telling me how to reinstalling it. and I would thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Please dont forget I'm new too all of this.

Baby Frank:-)

We are more than willing to help but you have to provide us with reasonable information. From this post, you seem to have your drives back in operation.

You also indicate that you removed the Dell software but you did not say what program that was nor did you indicate how you were trying to burn the CD.

If you removed the Dell program and you have it on a disc from Dell. you should be able to install it from there. Some manufacturers also have a backed up copy on another partition of your hard drive. If you have neither, you should be able to download it from the Dell site. Since I don't have a Dell, I can't get to the same places that you can. You have to log on to your account at Dell. You may have to call Dell to get a CD of the program; they may give you some hassle but be adamant.

Once you get a good copy of the program, you should be able to re-install it just like any other program. Please don't play around with anything that you don't understand; ask or you will get more problems like you are experiencing.
