gi7omy
You're getting me a bit confused here - did you install the two programs on two machines or did you install both on one? If the latter, then you will have problems - you'll need to do a clean install which means totally removing the Basic version, cleaning out the registry and so on before installing EMC9 Suite

gi7omy
I think it's more can he use the Basic version on one and the full suite on another In that case I don't think there's a problem - you can't install the same licensed copy on two machines, but one basic and one full should be fine
johnata
Apparently, the "49.99" upgrade download has a hidden charge. If you click on the link shown, it will charge $8.15 shipping even though the upgrade is a download. Why? Because the "free" DAZZLE DVC90 needs to be shipped and whether you want it or not, you're paying the $8.15 shipping. Interestingly enough, if you order the physical shipment, the price is the same - $8.15 for shipping both items. Sorry but I think this is deceptive. -- John
johnata
EMC9 De Luxe is EMC9 with some extras including a Dazzle A/V interface It appears that the Dazzle A/V interface means that even the downloaded version will have a $8.15 shipping charge tacked on since there's no way to download the Dazzle A/V interface and apparently no way to get the software without the Dazzle A/V interface! -- John

johnata
Best Buy has it. Best Buy has the software without the interface? There's no way to upgrade without the interface, right? At least that's what Roxio tells me. -- John
