Video Wave 9 stopped working



I'm stumped....got a new Vista box, uninstalled all Pre-installed roxio. Installed ECM9....I got the message about the driver being blocked, I downloaded that patch and it worked. Now, whenever I select edit video, the windows message box jumps up and says videowave 9 stopped working...any suggestions?

If you can give us any other details about the error, that would help. Other then that I would just recommend general troubleshooting. Try disabling any other apps running in the background, especially apps that may be multimiedia related. Also scan your system for malware, and finally if all else fails, just try a clean reinstallation of the software.
