Constant errors after update

Autumn Whispers to Me

Question

Hi everyone,

I'm not sure I'm posting in the correct area, so I apologize if I am. The product I need help with is Roxi DigitalMedia Home SE that came with my Vaio notebook.

The other day I updated software, and since I've been having terrible issues with errors following attempts to burn cd's and after closing the program after just opening (even if I don't use it).

Below are cropped screen shots of the errors. ANY help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all. :)

My guess is something you updated is causing problems, like possibly WMP 11. See if this KB article helps.
