drbgaijin
I purchesed DVDitPro HD last week and while installing I registered myself and purchase. Filling in the Form I filled in "Japan" as the country I am in. I am myself Scottish and prefer English as the language for communication internationally. After completeing the registration I noticed that I was receiving all messages from Rosio in japanese. Thinking I could trick the system I changed my default country in My Account to English! However everything still comes to me in Japanese. I have sent a ticket to support and have so far not received any reply. Is there an easy way to change the default language in My Account to English? I suspect this may actually be a Windows XP problem and it is defaulting to Japanese as my computer is situated here. (PS. WindowsXP is the English version install - not Japanese. But my clock, international details etc. indicate I am in Japan)
