NVIDIA GeForce 6600 Driver: nv4_mini.sys Friday, 16 December 2005

I would go to the NVIDIA site and update the video driver. See if that fixes anything. Do follow the removal and installation instructions for the drivers.

Run msconfig from the start menu and uncheck the box saying RoxioWatch9.exe in startup programs (Mediamanager is a bit of a resource hog anyway). Reboot and tell the nag screen you know you stopped a service and to go away
