Make Full movie from chapters?

I have worked on this for 3 weeks but can not find out how so I am asking you for help. I have made 8 Chapters for a show using VideoWave. But how do I join all Chapters to play like one big movie. I was able to with Ver. 7 but just upgraded 3 weeks ago. I have made the DVD meuns with each chapeter being clickable if someone wonts to just see that one chapter. But would like to be able to click a button and it would play all the chapters in order.

I think you are using the term 'chapter' wrong. Sounds like you created a main menu and then added several different files. There is one button for each 'clip'. By definition, these are not 'chapters' , but are considered individual movies when place on the MAIN MENU. That is why they always return to the main menu when finished.

 

There is an option to create an 'unlinked button' and then define that button to 'play all'. Commercial DVDs do not work this way. Those usually have only two buttons on the main menu: Play and Scenes. Where the scenes button takes the viewer to a 'sub-menu' where they select a chapter to start watching.

Ok understand. OK I made 13 scene's in video wave. Then I went to the DVD maker and added each scene in a submenu. So how can I make a like that will play all 13 chapeters with out haveing to click each one.

I'm still a bit confused. How did you create the 'sub menu'? If I'm reading your post correctly, all you need to do is create an unlinked button, rename it 'Play Move' (or whatever) and then link it to the Videowave project.

Creating an "Unlinked Button" will do the job for you. Here is a link to the pinned post in "Tips and Tricks" for creating that unlinked button.

This will show you how to create the unlinked button to play the entire movie all the way through plus have submenu(s) for all your individual movies.

Thank u 2 for all your help. I think I got it. Will start playing the first one one but have yet to get it to go to movie 2. But i get it.
