Dimrilldell
I downloaded and installed My DVD Studio on line and now the Cine Player file has become corrupted. When I attempt a repair from the Win XP control panel I get message to insert the installation disk. How can I repair the Cine Player without a disk? fredv
I purchased EMC9 via a download and get a similar error message saying 'a file appears to be missing or is corrupt - re-install Cineplayer' when I open Cineplayer. Would be nice if there was an instruction somewhere on how to do that. I have asked Roxio and they said to uninstall the entire EMC9 suite with a lot of other instructions and then re-download and do a 'clean' install with all start-up items disabled. Guess what: the same error message keeps coming up. Have tried four times without any luck. Does anyone have an idea on how to repair Cineplayer or is it better to give up on Roxio's EMC9?
