not burning

I just bought copy and convert yesterday. I put in a blank disc and selected my movie and dvd as the output. About an hour after it started to burn it ejected the disc and said it had completed. But the disc has only 19.5mb on it. The disc is recognised as a dvd, now but it doesnt have the file i tried to burn on to it, can someone tell me whats happening?

Sorry, but the crystal ball is out for a firmware upgrade so we can't see what you did, or what you did it with, unless you tell us.

 

Please give lots of detail, so someone can make an intelligent guess about what might be going wrong.
