How do I edit a Movie Maker file in VideoWave?

I have XP home SP2 using Roxio 9.

 

Question 1 - I imported a Movie Maker story into Videowave 9 and I want to edit out parts of the file. It shows up in the storyline as only one file. I've tried trimming the parts out but that doesnt work. Can this be done and how?

 

Question 2 - How do I increase the audio on a MM2 file I imported into VW9?

Question 1. Click on the Timeline tab, and edit it from there.

Have you checked the "Tips & Tricks" forum? I believe there is a post there on how to cut out sections of a video.
