What do you mean by it won't accept your information?

Have you already downloaded the update and are trying to install it?


If you mean it isn't accepting your CD Key, you will have to contact Roxio directly.


Please give some more information.

I had the same problem of the 8.0.1 not accepting my information and allowing me to update.


Roxio Tech Support is totally useless and just kept telling me to do things I had already done. Ended up having to buy another copy of Toast 8.0.
