JC
I have been receiving the same error message occassionally. I cant figure why it is occuring. I had sent a dump file to patrick some time ago who sent the file to the software developers. I really thought it was Roxio 8, because it did not occur until I had installed the Roxio 8. It did not occur in any previous Roxio version I had. I though maybe the 8.05 update fixed this problem, but it didn't. Maybe it is something else in my system? According to Microsoft is a problem with the address of a driver of a third party driver. Additional details can be obtained by reading this link: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?...kb;en-us;293077 I don't have and drag to disk software. I even removed the drag to disk from roxio, thinking it was my problem, but I still occasionnally have the problem. For now, There is little I can do. If I ever find a solution, I would be glad to share it. If your Dell was like the one I got my wife 2 months ago, it has Sonic DLA installed on it and, if you installed EMC's Drag to Disc, that's the problem. In fact, I'd remove Sonic completely if it were mine since EMC does much more than the Sonic included with your Dell.
