sourceman
vISTA ULTIMATE The system crash was caused by a piece of beta software. Shouldn't have caused this. I am just at a total loss. I was able to do a system restore. Roxio would not work, so I did an uninstall and then used Vista manager to do a reg scan and registry defrag. Then when I went and installed Roxio again is when the problem surfaced.

sourceman
Try doing a repair of the software. Thanks but I already tried that and I uninstalled and re-installed. I had it running just fine but had a system crash and did a new install. I wiped out all registry entries etc....
