Not Reading Drive

joseflores10

Question

I have a Dell XPS 400 that has Sonic Roxio but as of a month ago when I go in to the program it does not show a drive. Dell has no idea what to do but I figured some one might have an idea. They just installed a new drive and it reads in Microsoft Media player but not Roxio. Any ideas please help

Drat, I've just tried that patch but it didn't fix the problem. Looks like I'm stuck with shutting down the USB drive and Label Creator program and then restarting them. At least that works.

Thanks for replying, Beerman!

Beerman, is there a way to know if my EMC 9 Deluxe software needs this update? Or is this an add-on no matter which version of EMC we have?

The link I sent you to is not an 'update' but a patch that addresses problems like yours. Most who use it find it does fix their drive recognition problem.
