Jay225
I don't know if this is the right forum on the board to post this but I had this for a while now and have never been able to do anything with it, every time I enter a blank DVD-R disc into my drive and it loads the disc, I browse my computer and load something on to the disc and when I press burn it starts up just a second and a lil pop up comes up and says "could not generate a thumbnail" and to check something about decoders, all I know is that I'm stuck and I want to use this burner for a change, it's sitting here doing nothing and I want to put it to use so if anyone can help in any way that would be much appreciated
Brendon
Hello Jay, This is the General forum, and is meant for just general chat about anything except burning with Roxio software. If you tell me what Roxio program and version number you are using, I'll shift the topic to the forum which matches that program. When it gets there you're more likely to catch the attention of the people who actually use that software, and they're probably the only people who can help you. Tell them the program you're using, the type of disc, the type of stuff you're trying to burn on the disc, and the type of disc you're trying to make (DVD, VCD, CD etc), and exactly what happens when you try. They'll need all that information to work out what you're doing wrong and help you do it right. Good luck, Brendon
