I've had problems with VideoWave since v7 and have tried all versions since. I'm currently on a new Dell Precsion 390 Workstation, 2.4 Ghz Core 2 Duo, 4GB RAM, Vista Ultimate 32-bit, 1TB in RAID-5 storage on a hardware RAID 5 controller, nVidia Quadro FX550 video card w/ latest nVidia Quadro drivers, IE7, DX10, fully patched through May 2007.
With 9, when I use My DVD to add chapters to a DVD production it must fire up VideoWave 9 because as soon as I go through the process of adding even one chapter and click OK VIdeoWave 9 blows up and takes My DVD with it.
Dxdiag shows "no problems found" on each page.
I'm sick and tired of paying for upgrades to Roxio for products that don't work. Is it time to go to a real video tool like Vegas and leave Roxio in the dust?
