Help with Video Wave

Jeremy_B

Question

Ok, so whenever I try to do basically anything I'm getting an error message that says:

VideoWave 9 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.

We have created an error report that you can send to us. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous.

And then it gives me the option to Send Error Report or Don't Send.

It's basically the same thing that comes up when a program has timed out.

Can someone please help me with this? I'd really appreciate it! Thanks.

Have you already done the usual things like make sure your video drivers and DirectX are up to date? Does this only happen to one file or every file? Have you already activated?

Please post your system info.
