I got a copy of DVDIT 6.2 bundled with my Avid Xpress Pro (Academic Version). When I try to install it, I get an error message that says "Setup has determined that my configuration does not support any of the included products."
I'm running a toshiba laptop with:
Win MCE service pack 2
2 gig ram
50 gig free hard disk space
a matshita uj-840s cd/dvd burner
What is the solution here? Roxio customer support, as someone else dealing with this problem noted, is non-existant. Avid is also useless.
