gravideo
I am trying to upgrade from DVDit 5.1 to DVDit Pro 6. First attempt to install requires that DVDit 5 be removed, then continues. Installation appears to succeed and ask that I reboot. During the reboot, the setup widow opens and report an internal error. Error code: 0001.00000002. Clicking OK closes the setup. I then invoke DVDit from the desktop short cut. The splash screen appears briefly, then reports errors. First error: Line 922 Char 2 Library not registered. Code 0 URL Program Files\commoon files\Roxio Shared\Dll Shared\SAR_HTML_9\activation.htm Second error: Line 74 Char 14 kLanguage.length is null or not an object. URL Program Files\commoon files\Roxio Shared\Dll Shared\SAR_HTML_9\activation.htm I then have to use the Windos Task Manager to end the Roxio process to clear the screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Greg Ambrose

Question

I am trying to upgrade from DVDit 5.1 to DVDit Pro 6.
First attempt to install requires that DVDit 5 be removed, then continues.
Installation appears to succeed and ask that I reboot.
During the reboot, the setup widow opens and report an internal error. Error code: 0001.00000002.
Clicking OK closes the setup.
I then invoke DVDit from the desktop short cut. The splash screen appears briefly, then reports errors.
First error:
Line 922
Char 2
Library not registered.
Code 0
URL Program Files\commoon files\Roxio Shared\Dll Shared\SAR_HTML_9\activation.htm
Second error:
Line 74
Char 14
kLanguage.length is null or not an object.
URL Program Files\commoon files\Roxio Shared\Dll Shared\SAR_HTML_9\activation.htm
I then have to use the Windos Task Manager to end the Roxio process to clear the screen.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Greg Ambrose
