Rendering Problems

I am trying to insert black panels to the beginning and end of each clip I output. Sometime, not all of the time, the rendering process will simply render the black panels and skip the actual clip. Any ideas?

This is the first time that I can remember this problem coming up.

 

Are you making your production in VideoWave?

 

You might try doing a File\ Output production as.... video file, for DVD Authoring Best..... and then putting that finished movie on a DVD Builder menu. You'll be putting a finished movie on the menu and it shouldn't have to render that again.

 

You don't by any chance have Internet Explorer 7 or Windows Media Player 11 installed on your computer? Those programs cause strange errors in EMC 7 . Links to how to uninstall them are pinned to the top of the board.
