It seems I'm not the only one with a Dell/Windows Vista set up who is having trouble with Roxio version 9, especially when it comes to volume and/or editing. I have read in these forums that there is a much-needed "patch" which may be coming sometime in the future, but Roxio's technical support gave me a different fix. They gave me instructions for a clean install, which basically means they want me to uninstall Roxio, then re-install it. These instructions came even after I asked them about the patch I had read about on the discussions forums. Does anyone have an opinion on whether it's even worth my time reinstalling Roxio? Won't I just end up exactly right where I am now. ? Thanks.
