Using the CD label creator utility for EMC9, the software gives you the option on calibrating the software to the printer in order to insure accuracy. The problem is that when I run the utility, and follow the directions, the calibration letters NEVER overlap the calibration circle.
HOWEVER.....if you DON'T follow the directions and insert the calibration page into the printer opposite the directions...then it calibtrates perfectly. But when you try to print labels, they never print correctly.
anyone else have an issue with this? Sounds to me this should be easy to fix as something is just backwards in the software, but from looking at the forums they may be busy with plenty of other problems.
