Tinkerer Posted June 14, 2007 Report Share Posted June 14, 2007 I have updated Toast 7 to Toast 8 and when it installs I get the message that it has not found Toast 7 and the continue button remains grey. It also tells me to insert the key code from Toast 7, which I did. The Continue button remains grey. I contacted Sales support and they sent me a new key code. That did not work either. I contacted Sales support again and the y gave me a technical support address and a telephone number which may be in the US as it does not work. I tried the site address. This turned out to be a site called "Roxanne" that operated by recognising key words. I have been round and round in circles and there appears to be no provision for making personal contact with anyone. If you have any suggestions that may help, I would be grateful BTW. I have already tried re-installing Toast 7 and the update. I have removed all the USB connections too. I am using system 10.4.9 on a G4 MDD with a USB 2 card fitted. Regards, Tink.
