Roxio Home Freeze

Anyone have any suggestion on getting Copy and Convert 3 to launch without freezing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice to no avail. If I go in and launch a specific portion of the program from the start menu, such as "Disc Copier", that will start fine, but anything that takes me to Roxio Home or if I launch the program from the shortcut it freezes. Any help would be appreciated!

try to install under a different user account with admin right

I've done that, created a new xp admin user account, clean uninstall/ install, and nothing. thanks

I've been having the same problem for over a month. When I try to open the main Copy and Convert, it says "cannot complete last command because of unknown error." I've done everything and downloaded patches, etc! But I can open DVD Info Pro just fine. And Label Creator Express. It seems to be a problem with the Roxio Central 33 file. HELP!
