Multiple CD audio presentations

peter a

Question

My problem is that if my audio length is, say, even 5 minutes too long for my CD, it doesn't give me a second-disc option; neither does it let me say, "Just fill up the disk and stop." Let me worry about what I'm not getting (usual Q&A on long lectures, anyway).

An Audio CD is written to Red Book standards and under those standards it is only going to hold a certain amount of time , 80 minutes on a 700mb CD.

Data is written (and read) with a different standard so 700mb is the available space.

If you created an Audio Cd project and are using Music Disc Creator then it should let you add as many tracks as you need and show that multiple disc will be needed.I added a ton of tracks and it showed I needed 12 discs to create the project.I didn't actually try and burn it but it does show multiple discs needed.
