Videowave/DVD Builder.. some incompatibility

65click

Question

EventType : BEX P1 : drwtsn32.exe P2 : 5.1.2600.0 P3 : 3b7d84a2

P4 : dbghelp.dll P5 : 5.1.2600.2180 P6 : 4110969a P7 : 0001295d

P8 : c0000409 P9 : 00000000

Above is the debugger event recorded by Dr. Watson.

Trying to record Digicam footage on DVD. When I ask it to burn in Wave it will not load Builder properly (blank page) stops the program throws me out. Usual option to inform MS.

Cannot think what has changed, did a successful transfer a week or so ago.

Did you install any updates from MS by chance? If IE 7 and WMP 11 have been installed, you need to roll them back as they will break EMC 7.x products (and other software too).

Forgive my ignorance. I do the usual updates. I have firefox and IE7, WMP was updated a short time ago. I thought I had done these updates after the Roxio problems described.

In any case how do I roll back these programs and do I do it with FF and IE7.
