Brendon
It's a type of wardance done by some Pacific islanders, including Samoans and NZ Maoris, Frank. Representative New Zealand Rugby Football Union teams make a point of doing a haka before their big matches against teams from other countries, usually in front of the opposing team. The format of the dance and accompanying chant are traditional and very formal, which explains Daithi's horror at the abomination which was shown in that clip on Utube. REDWAGON
HOLY COW MAN !!! That looks like some pretty serious stuff I think that really "sikes" them up for the game too. Not sure what it does to the other team they are playing though. That Aussie didn't look to impressed Frank...
gi7omy
It all depends on the other team Frank. England sort of tried to ignore it and turned their backs, the Welsh banned it at the last match (and raised a storm of complaints from just about everybody) - our lot went eyeball to eyeball with the whole All-Black squad during it (then booted the ball straight at their captain when it finished)
LITLE RED
OK troops! Will someone kindly do a 'Haka' on ROXIO MC 9 ans see if it has any effect on it to resolve the 'SO MANY' varied and seemingly difficult problems 'SO MANY' of us seem to continue to have with it in 'SO MANY' of it's facits? For what appears to be a 'good product' -- and then to have 'SO MANY' people on these collective 'Forums' expressing so much frustration and disappointment --- where does it begin to be 'Friendly and Usable' Program? It is not the $$ issue -- it is the frustration after the $$ issue!!! I've working at it for two months now and still have not accomplished even 'burning a CD'!! DELL (also as so many others on these Forum's) E520/XP-Pro/4GB RAM/DVD/CD-RW-et al. I have at least 7 problems almost each of which fit into different Forums. I could sped all day everyday for a month going from one Forum to another trying to get help!! Really a shame!
