brewspecial
during editing of video footage, picture becomes jerky, freezes, and is out of sync with sound. some one told me that i need a video card with 512 mb - is that correct ? i currently have a Radeon9200 with 256mb. If this is sufficient what other problem could there be. My previous version of Roxio (7) was fine ROXIO DON'T BOTHER REPLYING TO HELP REQUESTS. Any advice appreciated No, you don't need a 512MB video card. The vast majority of users have 256 and you should be fine with that. Just make sure you have the latest drivers for your card and the latest DirectX. Also, defrag your hard drives regularly. You can also try working with smaller chunks of video which seems to help reduce audio sync problems.
