need help whit My DigitalMedia Plus.

 

When i close the window of the program apears a message of error whit this code 0x00775718 / 0x003bae58 the memory can´t read no writen.

 

please i need a guide of what i make.

Jorge, Is the program you are using made by Roxio or Sonic Solutions? They do not have a product by that name or that product is for your country only.

 

Plus Digital Media Edition is a Microsoft product. Is that what you are using? If not, please post the actual name of the product that you are using.

 

If it is a Microsoft product, you may have to go to them for help.
