IMPORTING, but no AUDIO

Hello

 

I am trying to import content from a DVD (home video) to my computer (MPEG format). Have used Roxio and Pinnacle. BOth times, the video is fine and the audio is absent.

 

Please advise. THis is SO frustrating.

But how are you importing??? How is your source connected to the PC?
