Is it possible to fit more than 2 hours of VCR footage onto a DVD?
I have a GoVideo DVD-VCR combo which I've used to dub 6 hour video tapes to DVD-RW disks which, at lowest setting, will hold 6 hours of the video. (Tapes are old and low-quality). My intent was to capture the DVD content and edit out commercials and do some other editing and burn back to DVD. But Roxio only allows up to 2 hours on the DVD so now need to use 3 DVDs instead of 1.
Is there any way to overcome this? Roxio has no problem playing or capturing the video on the DVDs. I'm using EMC 7.
