GateFan
Ok, I'm making myself crazy with this music vid I'm trying to create. Every time I overcome a hurdle, there's another one on the other side! I'm trying to "split" a video clip, using the instructions for manually creating a scene: To detect scenes manually: In the Media Selector, My Media or My Albums view, right-click the video clip, and choose Scene detection. The Scene detection dialog box appears, displaying the video clip in a preview window. In the preview window, use one of these methods to cue the video to the frame you want to start a new scene: Drag the slider left or right to move backward or forward through the video clip. Use the standard preview controls to move forward or backward through the frames of the video clip. Click Add scene here each time you want to define a new scene. In the preview window, there is a button for Auto Detect, but I don't see and Add Scene button anywhere. Someone please tell me I'm not cuckoo. I'm trying to "split" a video clip, using the instructions for manually creating a scene:
To detect scenes manually:
In the Media Selector, My Media or My Albums view, right-click the video clip, and choose Scene detection.
The Scene detection dialog box appears, displaying the video clip in a preview window.
In the preview window, use one of these methods to cue the video to the frame you want to start a new scene:
Drag the slider left or right to move backward or forward through the video clip.
Use the standard preview controls to move forward or backward through the frames of the video clip.
Click Add scene here each time you want to define a new scene.
In the preview window, there is a button for Auto Detect, but I don't see and Add Scene button anywhere.
Someone please tell me I'm not cuckoo.
