Also Experiencing Drive Not Detected. Help.

I am also experiencing "drive not detected" with Creator 9.0

 

The drive works fine with all other programs. I have re-installed

using all the Sonic/Dell patches, etc. Still getting the same message.

 

Note: This issue started today. Creator was working fine yesterday.

One thing, I activated Dell Media Direct. Any possibility of a conflict?

 

Really need any assistance ASAP.

First, just to be sure, is this patch the one you tried? If not, give it a try. Then I'd try de-activating media direct to trouble shoot. At least you'll know if it has caused the problem. If so, I'm not sure what to do about it.

Terry, I know of 2 other instances where it worked as well so it seems a cure has been found for at least one Vista/Roxio disease.
