Thx for the confirmation.I thought that would do it.I use commercial paper so I never print the outlines so I actually had to open Label Creator to check.I just didn't try and print anything.

Thanks for the tip, sknis, and the other suggestions, folks. However, the outline doesn't quite do what V6 did. V6 used to show lines (with little scissor symbols) outside the label itself which made it much easier to see what you were doing when cutting. Still, guess I'll have to live with the outline!

Yes I miss those scissors but don't feel bad they did find another job. :P Look at the trim icon in VideoWave. They should have used a scissor icon to shorten the display times and a rubber band for stretching (lengthening) the display times -- I guess no rubber bands icons were out of work ;)

Is it possible to print the cut & fold lines for a CD booklet using Label Creator 9? Version 6 had it but I can't find it in the new version.

I'm almost positive that they took that out in version 8. I remember it in V7.

Sorry I can't help with that but how a bout a tip? If you want to print a front label for a jewel box or a DVD case, try the laser labeler under the tools tab. It is a light version of the Surething labeler and has some pretty good backgrounds. You can use plain paper. Sorry, no cut and fold lines there either.

I'm at a version 8 machine right now but I think v9 is the same. When you hit File,Print then right under where you choose the paper type there is a box to check "Print xxx Outline".The x's depend on what you're printing. They could be Front,Back,Booklet..etc.See if this works.
