The dormouse
I purchased and downloaded Roxio Easy Media creator 9 and drag-to-disc reports that all my cds are full. Any ideas? I previously had version 8 - I run a Dell Dimension 8100 and Iomega CD drive.

yellowdog_9
A bit more info please (from both of you) What part of the suite are you using to access the discs? Did you follow the instructions for a complete removal of the older suite? Are the discs formatted under D2D or similar in the earlier version? I take it btw that you do realise that using D2D for backup purposes is akin to building an igloo in the Sahara Desert? don't want to hijack the thread, but, yes, I did remove all the older suite - y'all helped me out with that over on the installation board (without you I think I'd have given up long ago)..I'm really struggling with all the aspects of the product, though I *have* actually managed to burn a few avi files onto CD now...the DVDs seem to be at issue - and , sorry for being such a knob, but I can't answer how they are formatted...I had to disable D2D because every time we got near it the whole computer hung up and had to be restarted...but I have more than one question - should I start my own thread? smugger
D2D answers are here… I had this problem i think its to do with the formatting software changing with the new version i had to copy all the data from the disk back onto my h/d then reformat the disks then put all the info back on.
