Upgrade to 8.01 does not recognise product code

Hi

 

Just tried to upgrade from 8.0 - 8.01 - now when i try to launch i go through the registrastion process but it will not accept my orginal product code.

 

any ideas please

Make sure you are using the original code that came with the product and now one that you got from the web when you reinstalled or something (and didn't want to go find your original packaging). We blacklist numbers that we find on the web with each revision.
