Can you make slideshow image with a menu screen?

I want to know if therre is any way to make a menu screen for a slideshow image file. For some reason I get the error unable to write to disk when I try to directly burn from mydvd. So i save the file to an image and then go to disk copier and copy it to dvd that way. The only problem is, any type of transition and the main menu will not show up. Any help? thanks.

Start by updating your video card drivers and update directx to the latest. If that doesn't help, then post back with some system specs, including your video card, and maybe someone can offer some suggestions.
