VISTA, and Roxio 9.0 DE plus all else

NaraBCHome

Question

Hi Fellow suffers

I have been "enjoying" the delights of Microsoft Technical Support over a "glitch" in Vist Home Premium not being able to Update. I have to do File Backup so that Vista can be reistalled. Went to use Roxio but Target Disc cannot be found (it shows on My Comuter). Had used Roxio before the "troubles" began.

Having to use the Windows CDC Creater is cruel and unusual punishment.

Any ideas on how to get Roxio to read my E: drive (Sony 8x DVD +/- RW). If not I'll just sit on the patio with my wine (or whine) and laptop and plug away.

Add on - Microsoft Vista Project Team have given up on work throughs it seems <_< their answer to everything is "reinstall VISTA".
