"Time Trial has Expired"



When using Roxio Creator 9, the software would not load correctly and would display "The Time Trial has Expired". The Roxio tech said a computer cleaning program on my computer was removing Roxio files from the registry.


McAfee Virus Scan program is on my computer and it contains a Quick Clean program normally running in automatic and performs the cleaning operation once a month. I turned off the Quick Clean feature and no further problem has occured with the Roxio Creator 9 program.


I suggested to McAfee that they contact Roxio and determine how to prevent this problem.


Submitted as possible help to other Roxio customers.


Web master move to correct web site location if this is not correct location.
