How to create a "next page" button in dvd menu?

I can't seem to figure out how to do it. I have 4 video files on page one and I want to have a second page to put a couple of slideshows but I'm stuck. I guess I could put them on the first page but I would rather have a second page. Can anyone help me do this second page to where a small arrow icon will appear on the botton right hand corner on page one so I can get to page two?

They are created automatically based on the number of movies you add and the number of movies per submenu page based on the Theme you select.

You can also chose which movies go on each page by manually creating submenus. Perhaps you missed it.
