I am doing something wrong or what? I put in my user name, and the number/letters, and leave the organsation part blank. Still no joy. Most of us were helped by others here originally, and have hung around to help others. Once in a while staff will be in, but they can be recognized by the Roxio logo by their name. Raye Thanks for the reply. I have been in touch with Roxio who told me to turn off my virus protection etc, and to try and download again. Tried this,but was told I had downloaded the software too many times ?!? Hang on here a minute! Ive paid for this software, surely I can download it as many times as I like if I have a problem.
