IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE GUILTY, IT MERELY MEANS YOU ARE BEING CHALLNEGED. 3-2-1 Studios is being sued and they have NOT been found guilty, they are out of busisness, because with so many FREE Softwares that offer the same, they can not or maybe they chose not to spend the money to fight the challenge.

 

I admire your use of LOCK controls on an OPEN FORUM, I guess "Freedom of Speech" is highly regarded here. I am afraid you all do not know what you are talking about.

3-2-1 Studios lost the case against them in February or March of 2004. I have no clue where you got your information from, but they ceased business operations, sometime before the end of 2004.
