How Do You Get Support-live chat

By the way, live chat works sort of like some phone systems. If it is saturated you cant get in (phones will give a busy signal, chat just disappears as an option).

 

Well I guess that is what is happening with me. I have quite a few Roxio products and for the Life of me, I don't know why.. Their support system is the worst and always has been!

 

Just plain disgusted. :)

In the PhotoShow 5 forums, you said that you talked to tech support.

Roxie v9 was bundled with the HP. When I contact HP they say that they do not support and want to pass me on to a pay service.. I cannot get to a live chat on roxie and I have a few questions that I need answers to.

 

Please help

However, HP is the provider for support for THEIR OEM version .

If it is an operational question, we may be able to help. :)

 

If it has anything to do with updates and $$, you might try to get an e-mail reply. Make sure that your spam filter doesn't block e-mail from Roxio. Remember you paid $0 for the program so any response you get is probably a good one. ;)
