However, HP is the provider for support for THEIR OEM version . If it has anything to do with updates and $$, you might try to get an e-mail reply. Make sure that your spam filter doesn't block e-mail from Roxio. I have quite a few Roxio products and for the Life of me, I don't know why.. Their support system is the worst and always has been! Just plain disgusted.
